The word ‘matcha’ in Japanese means “powdered tea”. It’s a vibrant green powder made from shade-grown tea leaves native to Japan. Whether you’re new to matcha in Dubai or a tea connoisseur in the UAE, our product represents the highest ceremonial quality — ideal for both usucha (thin tea/espresso) and koicha (thick tea).

Sweetness: High 4/5
Astringency: Moderate 3/5
Colour: Bright 5/5
Powder aroma: fruity freshness, sweet apple
With water (2 g to 80 ml of water): nutty, woody notes
With milk: fresh, nutty. The aftertaste has creaminess, macadamia nut, and condensed milk

Prepared with 2 g of matcha to 80 ml of water (60°C–70°C), the taste reveals deep umami, a dense texture, and a soft aftertaste of young walnut. Notably, it has a vivid emerald green color — a signature of fresh, premium Japanese matcha.

Our company provides regular monthly matcha deliveries to Dubai and across the UAE. We work directly with the Yanoen tea plantation in Japan and ship by air to ensure the tea’s freshness. All products are stored at +15°C under strict temperature control until delivery.

Health benefits of matcha:

  • Packed with catechins, powerful antioxidants that fight bacteria and support immunity

  • High in L-theanine, which relaxes and sharpens focus by boosting dopamine and serotonin

  • Contains 5x more chlorophyll than regular green tea, aiding detox and cell regeneration

How to store matcha in the UAE climate:

Keep matcha in a tightly sealed package away from light and oxygen. After opening, consume within 1–1.5 months for optimal benefits. Store below 22°C — ideally in the fridge or freezer if not used regularly.
