Brewing guide

Use 1–2 tsp (3–5 g) per 90 ml of water at 70–85°C. Steep for 1 minute. Pour completely into cups to prevent over-extraction. Suitable for 2–3 infusions, with shorter steeping time (10–30 sec) for subsequent brews.
